30-Day Launch Support

  • For 30 days after launch, you can ask questions and request small adjustments while you get comfortable using your setup.

  • This may include minor wording changes, small layout adjustments, or preference changes that stay within the original project scope.

  • This support window is meant to help you launch with confidence, not to cover new features or major redesign requests.

What is covered

  • Website setup completed as part of the original project

  • Booking system setup and connections created during the project

  • Professional email configuration completed during setup

  • Forms, links, and system connections included in the original scope

  • Any issue caused by the original setup that prevents the system from working as intended

What is Not Covered

  • Third-party outages or platform issues, including problems with hosting companies, Google, email providers, booking tools, or other software services

  • Changes made after launch by the client or another person with access to the system

  • Requests for new features, added pages, new integrations, or work outside the original project scope

  • Items that are working as designed but no longer match a later preference after the launch support window has ended
